Resolved! Nest Doorbell Camera looking left

Hello everyone,I have a 2 year old Nest Doorbell with camera. It worked great until 2 weeks ago. Now the camera looks to the left and not straight forward. Can't find any help on this. Thanks

My Nest cam is offline. My phone see it in Blutooth, but will not pair. I need to update the wifi settings, but I no longer have the mounting plate. Am I out of luck? How can I update the wifi settings?
