Hi
My Nest Hello (wired doorbell) is able to register different events and log them in the history HOWEVER if someone rings the doorbell or is in front of the camera I am not receiving any notifications. I already confirmed that the notifications settings on both the Nest device and my cellphone are turned on. I also made sure that quiet time was turned off and there are no issues for the wiring.
I also Uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Nest app and the Google Home app. I also deleted the app data and cache attached to the applications as well. What else can j do to try to hey the doorbell to work?

Under Settings | Notifications for your doorbell in the Google Nest app, do you have "Push notification" turned on under "Notification type"? What about "When to send"? Do you have specific notifications selected (People, Packages, All other motion)?
On your Android phone, do you have to enable notifications for the Google Nest app?
The Nest Hello Doorbell has been around for many years. Did this just start happening to you? If so, did you make any changes?

Pushed notification is turned on; people, packages, all other motions turned on. Notifications enabled in Nest app. I have had doorbells for a couple years with no problem. Stopped getting notifications about two weeks ago

It seems odd for ALL notifications to stop even though your doorbell is still recording events and you are still able to view them.
On the thread below, a Google Nest Community Specialist suggested the following:
- Disable and then re-enable notification permissions via Android app settings (long-hold Nest app icon > App info > Permissions).
- Toggle notifications off in the Nest app, wait 60 seconds, and re-enable.

We have iPhones, so I don't know if this is helpful or not.
