Hi,

I recently bought the Nest doorbell (powered). It works fine, but when the images are streamed to the google hub2 I get no image. Can you help me adjust the settings?

What happens if you go to your Nest Hub, drag down from the top of the screen, select "Cameras", and then select your doorbell?

What happens if you say "Hey Google, show [name of your front doorbell]"?

What happens if you select your doorbell in the Google Home app?

If you go to the home.google.com website, do you see a livestream of your doorbell?

Hello, through the Nest Hub, I cannot select a camera. Via "hey google doorbell" I get a screen but without camera images. Through the home app, I can view my camera images perfectly

@broecka

That's odd.

Is your Nest Hub on the same Wi-Fi network and in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account as your doorbell?

If you go to the Google Home app, does it show both your Nest Hub and your doorbell?

the doorbell and hub have the same ip range and are on the same network. In the google home app can see both the doorbell and the hub.  I sent you a printscreen of my hubGoogle Hub.JPG

I do not understand what's shown in your printscreen of your Nest Hub. What did you do to get that screen? When I run it through Google Translate, it says "Tap controls are now limited, but you can still use this device with your voice."

If I drag down from the top of one of our Nest Hubs, I get a "Home control" screen like the one below. If I tap the "Cameras" icon, I get icons for each of our cameras, including our doorbells. If I tap one of the doorbells, I get a livestream of the doorbell's camera.

that is indeed strange. Because I can't see my doorbell under the home control button.

I don't know why.

When you said you can see both your Nest Hub and your doorbell in the Google Home app, can you see them at the same time, while connected to the same Google Nest "home" (if you have more than one)?

Are your doorbell and Nest Hub connected to the same network name (SSID)?

You could try rebooting your Nest Hub, either from within the Google Home app or by unplugging your Nest Hub for a minute.

I restarted the doorbell and hub and everything is now working properly. Thanks for your tip and mainly your help. Top for your quick and accurate information

@broecka

I'm glad to hear that it's working now.
