I’ve had the doorbell working fine for over a year. A few weeks ago it stopped working. After trying all the usual stuff I did a full reset, powered off / on, reset WiFi .. so now I’m starting from scratch again and the nest cannot find the WiFi, password is correct. I’ve a router upstairs and a TP link in the hall near the door .. anyone got any advice ? Please and thanks

Have you verified that your Tp link is connecting correctly to your wifi?
Is the Tp link relaying the same Wifi connection id or else, does it provide with an alternative Wifi indentification to which you must have the doorbell camera connected to? I used to have a Tp Link and it did provide for an alternative Wifi connection to which I had to connect the camera.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. We have found that if you set up the Wi-Fi with the same name and password as your previous router it was connected too, that you can then connect the camera and change that information later. Let me know if that process works or not for you.
Best regards,
Brad
