Nest doorbell wired stuck on zoom

The camera is no longer in a wide angle format. It is stuck in zoom. I have pinched and tapped and it does not go back to wide angle. Any suggestions?

Could be possible it’s in “enhance” mode. See below link to get out of that mode:
