Hello - i have a nest IQ outdoor camera which is hard wired correctly - but after 6 months seems to not indicate it is receiving power, and hence not work - tried it with another camera and same - no power 9AFTER SHORT PERIOD OF TIME) . Power lead is still working correctly when attached to other devices to check power output exists - any ideas? Thanks very much.

I have a similar issue. I had two cameras installed by ADT yesterday and are both wired. When I view one in the app it shows it is plugged in but the other shows battery that is dwindling because I live in Minnesota. I can't find a way in the app to change from battery to plugged in for the one camera.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. It sounds like it could be related to wiring, etc. but especially if it is not receiving any power. Have you tried to contact support regarding this? If no, please fill out this form, and a higher tier of support will reach out to you with next steps.
Best regards,
Brad

Hi Brad,
I haven't yet as I have had a chance to look at the camera outside. We got 15 inches of snow the other day so it's a bit difficult to get anywhere near my camera. I'm planning to do it this weekend though and if I can't find the problem then I'll fill out that form.
Thanks,
Kirk
