I live in Texas where it can, especially this year, get above the 104º. It's been around that temp and above multiple days in a row. I know, it's horrible. My Nest doorbell (wired) does not seem to be able to turn on in any fashion. Zero lights. I've connected it with a micro usb, I've checked if power is getting to my door. All checks out fine. Did it just burn out? I've only had it for about 3 years. Is there a fix or can I get this replaced. I hope to not just hear, "You should just buy a new one." I hope these are suppose to last for more than 3 years. Even with Texas temperatures. Thank you in advance.

I’d recommend submitting a support ticket but the warranty is only for one year so I’d brace yourself for the “you’ll just need to buy a new one” line.
