New doorbell arrived today. Cannot get through the software update. Only advice I can see is to restart but the restart button has no effect. Have tried a complete reset and same thing happens. Any early adoptors having the same problem?

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the installation of your new Nest Hello Battery doorbell! I hope by now that you were able to install it fine, but just in case you are having this issue, tell me what you have done to troubleshoot this issue because what was previously stated? Please let me know if you need further assistance.

I'm having the same issue. Ive tried factory resetting 4 times now but everytime the doorbell freezes at the software update part. What should I do?

I replaced my tplink deco m9 plus for an xc90 and problem solved
