Nest doorbell won't connect

I'm trying to install my doorbell and always get error codes NC022 or NC023. I've already tried all troubleshooting steps but it doesn't change anything. I also tried resetting the doorbell to factory settings but pressing both buttons won't do anything (yellow light never shows).

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to provide some help. I understand getting error codes is not fun, and I'm happy to look into this for you. 
 
I would suggest running through this troubleshooter as it will provide you with the steps that you'll need to resolve the issue.
