I’ve tried to factory rest my camera as it stopped charging and all I get is a solid white light. No flashing yellow lights as suggested. This is the second time now having this same issue, the last time I exchanged my doorbell. I don’t want to keep doing this.

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. It is strange that the device is not factory resetting. Not sure if you have tried yet, but the first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Brad

Is it possible when you're inserting the paper clip that you're not fully depressing the reset pin? (I've had problems with reset pins on electronic devices.)
A solid white light can mean restarting (as when depressing the reset pin for 5 seconds), or it can mean the BEGINNING of the factory reset cycle, where the pin needs to be held down until you get a flashing yellow light and a countdown tone (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9268073?hl=en#zippy=%2Cgoogle-nest-doorbell-battery).
If this isn't helpful, please disregard it; I'm just another Google Nest customer.
