Nest doorbell use to give me live recorded clips, now it only give me snapshot. How or why did it just change

Did you have a 30-day free Nest Aware trial subscription that just expired? Do you have an ongoing Nest Aware subscription? What doorbell do you have, the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery)?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this, I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you. I am wondering the same as MplsCustomer, were you previously on a Nest Aware trial period that may have ended? If so, that would be why you are not seeing the same features. I would suggest you look into subscribing to Nest Aware. Here is a great link on how nest aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.
