My husband and I are family members on the nest, but I cannot see the nest doorbell wired version
it won't let me access it what do I need to do please be specific with directions

If your household is set up, you should be able to go to Settings in the Google Nest app, select Family, and see both of you listed. In the Google Home app, you should be able to go to Settings, select Household, and see both of you listed.
You both need to be accessing the same "home/structure" in the Google Nest app and Google Home app, and your Nest Hello doorbell needs to be in that same "home/structure".
