I need to add the cameras back to my spouses phone on nest and home
However it keeps telling me the account is already being used.
Yes I am using the right information.
I want to reinstall I was trying to change some of the personal profile info and it too it away from the other phone

I can't tell exactly what you are doing; Google Nest cameras and doorbells get added to a Google Nest "home/structure" using a Google Account, NOT to a phone. Sharing access to the same Google Nest "home/structure" is described here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9155535.
If you are trying to reinstall a Google Nest camera or doorbell on a different Google Account, you first need to remove it from the Google Nest app or Google Home app using the old account on the old Wi-Fi network, then perform a factory reset (see the factory reset instructions after the "restart" instructions here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), and then reinstall them using the new Google Account.
If you need assistance, you can try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
