Nest floodlight

Hi all ,just installed google nest with floodlight.Camera works perfectly but for some reason the floodlight stays on permanently untill I manually turn it off in the settings or power off the floodlight switch (light switch) This is during daylight hours. All settings st to default and what turns on the floodlight - Motion and camera events.Thinkong Iay have a faulty daylight sensor.TIA

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you are having with your Nest Cam with Floodlights. I can see that the floodlights are staying permanently on until you manually turn them off through the Google Home app. No worries, help is here.

Let’s try the next steps:

• Open the Google Home app.
• Go to the Devices tab.
• Look for the floodlight. If you see it on and in a color yellow, you will need to tap once to turn it off.

The floodlights should start working as expected after following these steps.
