Nest hello doorbell cam

I’ve been using nest hello doorbell cam for three years with no issues a couple days ago the utility company replaced a power pole … cut power and when it was restored my cam stopped working….the24v transformer I use still shows pushing 24 V … how do I check the capacitor and camera to see where the problem lays.?.
