Hello. I've tried factory reseting the doorbell since it became offline. I press the button on the back of the doorbell as well as the chime button in the front. The doorbell keep coming back up with the small green light lighting up. I know it supposed to ring and turn different colors upon restart but it won't do it. Is the doorbell broken at this point?
I’m having the same issue with mine. After spending an hour trying to troubleshoot with nest they said I need to buy a new unit because this one is defective, but out of the 1-year warranty. Disappointed the product didn’t last more than 2 years at the price they charge.
