Nest hello doorbell working but not the chime

Hi there 

I have an issue with the wired nest hello doorbell with a Honeywell D117 chime

The doorbell works and it rings and links to the hub inside but the doorbell chime doesn’t ring

i have check the I have the correct voltage and is wired correctly 

can anyone help?

I had that issue with a different mechanical wired chime. I went into settings, cameras, Chime duration, and said I have an electronic chime (I don’t), and upped if to 3 seconds. It worked.

after speaking to google they seemed to think it was a fault dongle, they have send another one out and I’m trying again tomorrow
