Morning all , up until now all my Nest products have been great , until this week !
Im on a 1st Gen Hello and also run 2 x out door cams
Noticed the hello has gone off line , checked it , no green light , just a white steady ring. Ive reset once and worked for a while. Ive deleted from the app and reinstalled , that worked until this morning.
Ive powered off this morning and restarted , get no blue ring or conf tone , just the white light ad no green
I've tried to reset Wi-Fi from the app and it says wrong password Nc006 , all devises inc all the nest products run the same password so its not that.
No yellow ring so power is all good too. Running out of things to look at an don't really want to buying a new Hello
Any help greatly re'd guys
