Hi - I posted this topic 4 weeks ago (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Nest-Hello-peeling/m-p/111898#M21698). I had @Brad reply that I had to complete a form - which I did. However 4 weeks later I still haven't heard anything.. I can't reply to the original topic - hence asking this way.
Does anyone else have a better experience?

Hi @SteveT1 - thank you for your follow up on my question. To be honest I am dissapointed with Google on this as the product has been used correctly and following normal use I would not expect this to happen.
I see it refers to US/CA warranty and I live in the Netherlands where warranties are (partly) regulated by legislation. That said - I won't be making a fuss as it will likely lead nowhere and I'm just waisting my time.
