I have a next hello that quit working on September 6th. I've tried disconnecting the power and using the reset button but nothing seems to power it back on. The green light and circle around button are no longer illuminating.
It turned off about 4am that day under normal weather conditions. No motion in front of my house to show that something happened to it.
Can I address this or warranty issue?

Do you have a multimeter(or someone who has access to one) so that you can check to be sure that your transformer is sending power to the nets hello?

Yes it is fed constant voltage
