Nest hello (wired) rings chime but has no power

Hi,  I'm in the UK and I've just got a Nest Hello (wired) and I can't get it to work.  I've wired it up to my existing wired doorbell from Honeywell (DW313S) and changed the transformer for a 12v one.

Nothing happens on the doorbell, no blue light etc.. when I turn the power on.

However, when I press the button the chime rings, so there must be power in the circuit.

I've rewired it a number of times but no luck.  I thought it might be dead so I tried plugging the usb socket into a power supply and my PC but that did nothing.  Whatever I do I can't see to get any power to the Hello, but the button still works to ring the chime.
I'm assuming it's faulty and I'll need a replacement but wondered if anyone had any other ideas?

Thanks

No problem, it’s all fixed now. It was a faulty unit. I’ve had a replacement sent and it’s working correctly now!
