Previously installed nest cam indoor IQ cam. Trying to reinstall nolonger have Qr code. And When cycling through steps given and reaching screen stating to locate last 4 of serial numbers. Will not cycle to next. Where you are to put in last 4 #. AND.. If it did my numbers are no longer legible from wear on product mount. What do I do.

Unfortunately, you cannot reinstall a Google Nest camera or doorbell without either scanning the QR code or inputting the 6-character alphanumeric setup code that is printed somewhere on the camera or doorbell. Years ago, we started writing down and saving our 6-character setup codes for this reason.

@Badd, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Try providing your 6 digits setup key located on the underside of the stand, just below the QR code.You may also try using a different mobile phone for the setup.
