Nest indoor outdoor won't reconnect after removing won't add to Home

I'm not getting started * but having issues reconnecting an outdoor cam via GH app after removing it from my GH bc it was glitching with a full battery.  Takes forever to go through Adding process (10 minutes) then indicates uh oh something went wrong*  this is through IOS GH app. Multiple attempts.  TY 4 guidance.

TKS for your response.  Nothing is working through Nest, Google apps...reboot, restart, restore, go through the steps, wait to connect, Uh Oh, something went wrong.  Tried ev day for past 6 days. How do we return or exchange a Nest Cam....?

I understand you’re experiencing difficulties connecting your Nest Camera to the Google Home App. I’m here to help. To verify, what's the status of the LED light on the camera? If it's blinking green, it hasn’t been factory reset yet. Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
