Nest outdoor IQ camera microphone failed

Bram
Community Member

Evening,

I have had an Outdoor IQ camera less than a year and all of a sudden the microphone has packed in and will not come back on following restarts etc.

Has anyone else had this? and how do you contact nest for a replacement? Or to get it fixed?

I am in the UK btw

Thanks

yes I still need help regarding this please. I understand this camera is out of production now, so I cannot get a replacement. Which leaves me with needing a fix for this issue

Thank you
