Nest outdoor cameras

I recently bought a house and it has the Nest outdoor cameras and thermostat. I’m having very hard times trying to setup the cameras I am using the thermostat in the app already but the cameras is giving me hard times the step by step instructions are not helping because the wifi is new how can I solve this or how can I connect them to the new wifi?

As the cameras won't be in your Nest app, and are not connected to Wifi (they'll still be trying to connect to the previous Wifi), you'll need to factory reset them so you can set them up as yours and connect them with your app and Wifi.
