Battery Doorbell does not mount onto plate.

This is ridiculous!! I cannot mount the doorbell back onto its plate after charging the doorbell camera. This is unacceptable. This camera was not cheap and of course its past warranty so I'm sure Google won't do a thing about it! Shameful!!!!

Doorbell won't mount to plate

I am having issues mounting my doorbell back into the mount. The mount button at the back of the doorbell seems to be stuck and when trying to mount the doorbell, the bell doesn't stay securely. Very poor design in my opinion.
