Nest outdoor indoor battery cam

  • I installed my battery door bell with no issues. When I attempted the outdoor indoor camera the home app lets me do everything the same as the doorbell install till just after I agree to the arbitration I hit continue taking me to privacy tips hit next. Then it won't give me the ability to hit next on the final page before my doorbell was recognized. I bought a 3 pack of cams iv tryed all 3 many times none will work.

Did you follow all of the steps in the install process, including plugging your camera into the charging cord and waiting for the status light to pulse blue?

I've seem a couple of posts where customers got around installation issues by installing using the 6-character Setup Code on the bottom of the camera rather than using the QR code; you have to select "continue without scanning" as explained in the install video above.
