I’ve got a Nest wired gen 2 doorbell and cannot view any recorded clips or go live. The doorbell is on and recording but all the clips show “the video isn’t available yet try again later”. The push notifications aren’t working either and im sure it’s tied to this. I’ve spend hours with Nest support removing, re-adding, and factory resetting. They sent a new one that is still doing the same thing and after looking at post this seems to be a common problem for some users with no resolution. Any ideas? I’ve had the older Nest hardwired outdoor cameras and love them and the app. The google home app seems to not work nearly as well. We had a package stolen today and I’m sure the doorbell cam recorded it but i can’t see it so I’m really frustrated.
