I had the doorbell professionally installed 11/21 by the recommended company (OnTech) and upon calling for support (tried full factory reset and taking off mount to plug into USB) I was informed there was nothing that could be done and I would have to either purchase another one or call OnTech for the pro warranty information which according to the website is with Google Nest. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told No and the rep refused to assist. At this point the device isn’t powering on or taking a charge via the USB cord or the wires (which are active). At this point I’ve had two Nest products fail after only two years and literally NO customer service provided when contacting customer service. I’m thinking I should purchase Ring products. Don’t know what else to do!

Hello! It’s 6-9590000035177. This is the second item failure in 30 days for products installed professionally less than 2 years ago.

Hi there WishandWash,
I appreciate the case number you've provided. I took a closer look. It is my unfortunate duty to tell you that, Nest Wired Hello Doorbells, isn't eligible for Nest pro Extended Warranty. The Nest Pro Extended Warranty is available in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and only applied when the Nest Pro installs Nest Doorbell (wired, 2nd gen) and Nest Doorbell (battery).
Please let me know if you still have questions in mind, as I'll be willing to assist.
Regards,
Jenelyn
