Hi. Our electrician installed nest hello wired. We had existing wired and a transformer. We also have an indoor chime.
we can’t stop phantom rings. I have tired everything. Turned night vision off. Et etc
I don’t have a nest chime connector installed. Does anyone know how I can stop the phantom ringing.
At this point I have the camera off. And it’s literally a shiny piece of hardware.

I believe you will get phantom doorbell rings if you wire a Google Nest Hello Doorbell to your indoor chime without the chime connector. The chime connector is designed to provide power to the doorbell and its camera without tripping your chime.
This Google Nest page says "The Nest Doorbell (wired) must be installed with the chime connector included in the box."

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about that. Appreciate the help @MplsCustomer.
A few questions — what type of chime are you using? How much voltage do you get from your transformer? Are you using the provided chime connector?
Keep us posted. In the meantime, you can check this article to Check Nest doorbell compatibility to check if your setup meets the requirements.
Regards,
Steve
