Why can't my family member see the Nest Hello on their app?

A few questions — is your family member signed in to his Nest or Google Home app using his/her own email address? If yes, have you invited that email address as a member of your house where the Nest Hello is? Also, did your family member accept the invitation through his/her Google Home app?
