Hi Kc,  I'm and end use like you.  Just to confirm I would double check that the App thinks your subscription is 'active'.  You can do this by going into either the NEST APP or the GOOGLE HOME app (depending on which one you are using). Clicking on the settings (gear) icon and then you should see NEST AWARE in the list.  Select stand see what it says.  It should show you are on either NEST AWARE or NEST AWARE PLUS.

If you do indeed have an active subscription then I would suggest contacting the folks at Google as this is just a user forum site and Google doesn't usually respond here.  To open an official support ticket you can use this link:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Hope this helps.  If you get it fixed please return here and let us know how you got it up and running.  It will probably help a lot of people with the same issue.

I use the old nest app for my older nest cams and the home app for doorbell. Both apps show nest aware plus so idk what the problem could be unless its because im using 2 apps somehow idk

I run both apps on my iPhone and there doesn't seem to be an issue.

Did you try opening a support ticket at that link?   The google techs are pretty good a solving the kind of problem you are  talking about.  I've seen a lot of issues like this that they have to fit their end.

Ok i will try the link and see if they can figure out. Thanks for your help.
