My cameras were working well until I got my new Spectrum router. I get the error message C104 .I see that others have had this problem but their solutions haven’t worked for me. My Spectrum guy said my router will do both 2.4g and 5g. I have a Nest Aware subscription and I want my cameras back up and running. Help please!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. C104 means incorrect or no password was provided during pairing. You can try power cycling your cameras to refresh the connection. Once done, retry pairing. Let us know if that works.
