Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far besides what was stated here?

Hi Brad- I found this thread while trying to figure out how to set up an existing nest doorbell camera. Do you have any advise on how I can connect it to my Wi-Fi so that I can access the doorbell camera from my phone?
im sure it is easy but I have struggled to get connected. Appreciate any advice you can give me
Thanks for reaching out! I'd be happy to help you with this. Let's check this out — a few questions: do you have Nest Hello doorbell (wired) or the Nest Doorbell battery? What's the status light of your doorbell camera? How far is the camera from the router? Also, was there an error message/code you received during setup?
Looking forward to your response.
JT - it is wired. The circular light is blue. It is about 40' from the router. should I see it on my bluetooth? I have downloaded the app on my phone and set it up but the camera/doorbell does not show up so I didn't see an error message.
thanks for your help!

Sorry it took me a bit to figure out how to view my post and the responses. I have tried the steps on my original post. Still need help. Pushed the pin hole while holding down the button. Blue circles but never changes to orange as the instructions say. App still says it can’t find it
