I only have one indoor cam not two one camera and it keeps going off line and makes me start from the beginning

Most of the responses in this community forum come from other customers, so could you give us a few more clues about your situation? For example: Is this one of the newer indoor cameras (released starting in 2021) or the older 1st gen model? Has this happened since you got the camera or did it just start recently? Do you have any idea what your Wi-Fi signal is near the camera? How close to your router is your camera? Does "start from the beginning" mean you have to reinstall your camera? Have you tried placing your camera closer to your router temporarily to see if the Wi-Fi signal is the problem?
