New indoor camera,

If i purchase a new indoor camera could it use my same subscription as my outdoor camera

Yes, the Google Home Premium subscription (formerly Nest Aware) covers all compatible cameras within a single home. 

The only exception would be if you still have a legacy 1st gen Nest Aware subscription. You have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription if you have separate subscriptions for each camera in your home.
