New to Nest Aware - is there a basic manual?

I'm trying to set up the activity zones - I don't see an option. Plus I've NEVER had video recorded. I'm hoping paying out for nest aware addresses the issues.

How do I pay for nest aware?

You buy a subscription, with a monthly or yearly charge, against your credit card or against Google Pay. (We don't use Google Pay, so I don't know how that works.). See the Google Store link I provided earlier.

Thx JT< not really sure what happened, but all of a sudden, all the missing options appeared! I have zones now. Pictures of DB visitors is still debateable and I'm trying to get it to stop recording familiar faces ( there are 6 versions of me, btw) and only record strangers, animals and packages

You’re welcome! You should be able to turn off the familiar face setting in the Nest app or Google Home app. May I know what’s the model of your camera? To learn more, take a look at this guide: Familiar face detection.
