Hi. My brother bought and installed my google nest doorbell. It is battery operated and I need to recharge. I have the key but not sure where to locate the placement to open. I could sure use the help

Using the release tool, insert the tool into the hole at the top of the doorbell, then pull the doorbell up and away from the wall. If you look closely, there’s a small opening at the top.
