Next Hello NC023 Error

Trying to set up nest hello, when it comes to connect I get the NC023 Bluetooth code. I already went through the trouble shooting process on Google nests site and nothing worked. Tried three different phones.

oh man, i know its too little too late, but you should have stayed away from their camera products. ESPECIALLY any doorbells.

I had no idea 😩 hope I can return it and get my money back because I spent way too much for it not to work

me too. unfortunately mine is 3 years old now so they wont help me. its a 300 dollar brick. if you can return it i would.

I'm assuming Bluetooth turned on on your IOS mobile device and  your IOS mobile device is close to your Nest Hello doorbell.  Sometimes, when setting up Nest devices, we've had to use our iPad instead of an iPhone. Are you on the latest version of the Google Nest app?  Do you have other Nest products installed?  If so, can you move the Nest Hello doorbell close to that device?   (The Nest app now tries to get the SSID and password from another Nest device so you don't have to enter it.)

(We have 3 Nest Hello doorbells and are happy with them [but then, we didn't encounter the NC023 error either]).
