Next IQ Camera Speaker Volume

First of all, please add "Audio/Video" to "Issue Category" dropdown.

I have 2 Nest IQ outdoor Webcams.  When I use my Nest app or Home app to speak to someone outside, the volume is VERY low and people standing directly under the camera can barely hear me.  Additionally, there is no way to adjust the speaker volume in the Nest or Home app.  2-way audio and the motion tracking are the 2 primary reason's I bought these expensive camera's.  I have the latest versions of the Nest and Home apps on my Samsung Note 10 plus.

I am experiencing the same issue and it is very concerning. Something seems to have changed as people in my driveway could hear me when I talk through the Nest outdoor camera and now they can hardly hear me when they are standing under the camera. I spoke to Google/Nest support yesterday and I knew more about the camera than the tech. Can we get someone from  Google/Nest support to help with this issue? The camera is close to useless with out being able to ask an intruder to leave the property.

Thank you Craft Man for posting. Hopefully Google/Nest support will take notice.
