Had my Nest cam outdoor IQ a few years now but last night it decided to show as offline in the Nest app. Turned off the plug. Turned back on and nothing. Pulled the power lead from the plug. Turned back on and nothing
There’s no green light in the front, but I can connect to it through the app when going through the update password setting, but it then won’t accept any of my WiFi passwords!
any ideas guys?

This happened to me last month. I have another IQ cam so I swapped the power supplies just to confirm whether the camera or the supply stopped working. Sadly the bad camera would not work on either one. So that pretty much means it is no longer function in and cannot be repaired. I purchased another one USED from an ebay seller and all is good.
