Just set up our nest wired door bell/camera. I do not get any sound alert on my phone when someone is in my camera view. I get a written one after the the fact. Have been working for two days and trying numerous suggestions with no luck. Door bell works and so does the camera. Sound notifications are on in the app. What else can I try?
