No contact from Google on warranty replacement or repair on Google Nest Doorbell Battery

I submitted two warranty repair/replacement requests through Google's website with my receipts and was informed on the website that google will be reaching out, it's been two weeks and nothing yet. I get no confirmation emails or not even a confirmation number.


The latch on the doorbell keeps getting stuck and will not securely lock into place on the mounting bracket, it keeps popping off and falling on the ground. What does someone have to do get some help around here Google?
