You can factory reset them easily if you have physical access to them. Which cameras are they?

I have same issue. The previous can't get the camera deleted from their account, therefore I can't add to my account. What do we need to do. We have followed the delete instructions but the camera will NOT delete.

Hey Balanceguy,
I'm sorry for the delay. If the camera(s) were last connected to the same Wi-Fi network that you're trying to pair them to, they will need to change your Wi-Fi network's Service Set Identifier (SSID) before starting the pairing process. Otherwise, if you plug the camera back in without changing your Wi-Fi network details, the cameras will reconnect to the server and block the Bluetooth pairing process. As a workaround, follow these steps:
Important: These steps will disconnect any devices that are currently connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Thanks,
Archie
