No download/save or share available in the Google Home/Nest. Customer Service is non-existent.

I held 2-1/2 hours today when I called Google Headquarters in CA. How do you get support from a live human being? The instructions on how to do it are not accurate because I don't have the features it mentions. I paid $80 but still can't save, download, share my video clips. Google sux.

If they don't work for you, you could contact Support, using the link and instructions in this post; depending on the time of day, there is usually a phone callback option, and they usually call back within minutes:
