No longer getting notifications and can't add the doorbell to Home favorites

Hi all,

My nest doorbell was working fine for a couple of days and now I'm (1) not getting notifications, even when I ring the doorbell myself and (2) the doorbell disappeared from my Google Home favorites and I can't add it back (not showing up as an option, only Assistant is). I have the notifications active and haven't changed anything since it was working a day ago. 

Any thoughts?

@Mat2121, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, do you have other home members who have access to your Nest Doorbell? What is the light status of it? How many home structures do you have in your Google Home app? Let us know your update here.
