Recently, I stopped getting the push notifications on my phone (Nest app) when someone rings the doorbell. Also, I no longer get push notifications when there is movement in the "zone". Previously, I would always get notifications for those events. The Nest doorbell still works fine as a camera, and it still captures events (movement, doorbell ring, etc), it just stopped giving me notifications. I have an iPhone 11 pro, and recently updated to iOS 15.1 I can't say for sure, but it was around the time I upgraded my iOS that the problem started. I spent an hour on the phone with Google support, and the problem is not resolved. Can anyone help?

I'm having the same issue as yourself for the Nest Cam (Battery). It works for every 1-3 days then stops sending push notifications. You must either clear the Google Home apps data or reinstall the application. This will only "sometimes" fix it again for another 1-3 days or not at all. Very frustrating. Does it on both my Samsung Tablet and Phone. Please fix this issue Google. I have not migrated my old Nest camera to a Google account because of this issue. The Nest app for that camera works flawless Everytime and allows emails to be sent as well. Please add that option to Google Home, not just push notifications.

Thanks. I don't use the Google Home app, only the Nest app. I wasn't sure if this was caused by me updating my iPhone software, because the problem started right around that time.
