No notification when doorbell rung

I receive all camera notifications (and all are turned on), but when someone rings the doorbell there is no notification or any record of the button push/ring in Home app activity.

Good luck mine never worked so i returned it and swapped it for a camera that decided it didn't want to work either after a week or so

@nh603, a few questions: what type of Nest doorbell do you have? Do you have an iOS or Android device? Did the notifications work before? Also, did you try to use a different mobile device?
