I have been trying to get assistance with my Google Nest doorbell. It is still under warranty, but the camera lens is broken so I cannot see video. I tried to send a warranty claim form but the link doesn’t work and no one is responding to chat. It’s been a few days since I submitted a complaint and no one from support had contacted me. This is unacceptable customer service. What will it take to get a timely response and solution?
