No sound when downloading video to device (android)

Hey guys, I just tried to download a clip from the home app (doorbell with battery) to my android device (newest android and home app up to date). In the app, I can hear the sound of the video, but when I downloaded it, there was no sound while watching the video. Also on my PC, there is no sound. I checked the properties of the clip. There I saw, that there is no sound at all in the clip.

I already saw a post with the same problem, but i could not answer to this thread and there was no solution to the problem. So maybe someone can help me to get the clip downloaded with sound.

By the way, the sound recording is activated in the app.

Thanks

I have the same issue. The audio recording is on in the Google Home app, but upon downloading, there is no audio on the downloaded video on my Iphone.

Hey folks.

I would check in with Support and see if they can run through some live troubleshooting steps with you on this one. It would be better as the troubleshooting steps are more hands-on.

Best regards,

Brad.
